That’s why when you purchase Angelica scrubs or anything else from our collection; we want to be sure you’re completely happy with your purchase.

All returns or exchanges must be received within 30 days of receipt. Scrubs Unlimited’s first goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy about your shopping experience with Scrubs Unlimited, give us a chance to make it right. We do not have a problem with most returns and exchanges; Just returns and exchanges with no information about the reason of the return. Credits may take up to 2-3 weeks to complete.

Simply mail your return/exchange along with your name, phone number, address, and a note inside the box, explaining the reason of your return/exchange to:

We recommend you ship returns by FedEX or UPS. Multiple loses have been experienced using the US Postal Service, and Scrubs Unlimited cannot held be responsible for these loses.

The restocking fee on returned items is as follows:

· 20% on all Cherokee garments

· 20% restocking fee on all other garments not using the safe sizing program below.

No reshipping fee is required on returns.
However, with any and all exchanges, you must include a check for $8.50 to Scrubs Unlimited, to cover reshipping costs.

Any exchange that does not include the details mentioned above will be donated to charity.
Any return/exchange sent back to another address other than the one listed above will also be treated as a donation to charity.

Safe Sizing Order Program:

· Order a test size to see how it fits. You will be charged for the garment, and shipping.

· If the size is not a perfect fit, send back the garment and we will refund not only the price of the garment, but also your shipping.

· If the size is right, and you would like to order additional sets of 3, 4, 5 or more, we will offer free shipping on that new additional order.

This ensures you receive the correct fit from the very beginning, without the hassle and expense of having to return multiple garments that don’t fit with increased shipping fees.

Items that cannot be returned:

· Monogrammed items, including coats and scrubs, of all types.

· Garments that have been washed

· Garments that have been shrunk

· Garments that come back with makeup or other stains


· Mistakes that are our fault.

· Garments stained or defective from the manufacturer.

Note: We know the difference between a customer-caused stain and a factory stain.

Shipping Losses Not Due To Our Negligence:

Shipments are considered delivered to you and not eligible for refund when we present you with a confirmed delivery receipt from the shipping firm - FEDEX, UPS and USPS. We cannot be held responsible for items stolen from your door step after delivery has been confirmed. We strive to be respectful and courteous to all customers, and we ask that we get the same respect in return.


For Medline & Cherokee Scrubs

We except returns on Medline Scrub products differently, so you must call (866) 267-3079 for return authorization number. RA number and shipping address will be sent within 2 business days. Customer will then ship product to the address provided. We recommend UPS or FedEX with tracking number or USPS with delivery confirmation. Safe Sizing program also applies to Medline products.
