RETURNS / EXCHANGES:

All returns or exchanges must be received within 30 days of receipt. Scrubs Unlimited's first goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy about your shopping experience with Scrubs Unlimited, give us a chance to make it right. We do not have a problem with most returns/exchanges. Just returns/exchanges with no information about the reason of the return. Credits may take up to 2-3 weeks to complete.
Simply mail your return/exchange along with your name, phone number, address, and a note inside to box explaining the reason of your return/exchange to:(We recommend that you ship returns only by FedEX or UPS; multiple loses have been experienced using the US Postal Service and we can not be responsible for these loses.)

No reshipping fee is required on returns. However, with any and all exchanges, you must include a check for $7.00 to Scrubs Unlimited, to cover the re-shipping costs. Any exchange that does not include the above mentioned details, (your address on the outside of the box does not count!) will be donated to charity. (So, if you want a tax deduction don't include a note.) Any return/exchange sent back to another address other than the one listed above will also be treated as a donation to charity.
SAFE SIZING ORDER PROGRAM:
To insure you get a perfect fit we offer free shipping when you place the replacement order on two or more sets. If you keep your initial test set, and reorder an additional two or more sets you wil get free shipping as well. (If you choose not to take advantage of this Safe Sizing Order Program, then on larger returns for more than $25 there will be a 20% restocking fee.)
We hope this policy will make you feel comfortable in ordering "test" sets before you make large orders, when you are not sure of your perfect fit. Scrubs Unlimited is the only retailer on-line, or brick-and-mortar, to offer this level of perfect customer-sizing service.
Again we recommend ordering 1 set to determine correct sizing if you have not tried on a particular brand. Also please note that all 100% cotton coats may very in whiteness from coat to coat and batch to batch. We do our best to make sure the coats do not have pink or yellow hues, but the brightness of the 100% cotton coats may vary from coat to coat and batch to batch and is not usually grounds for refund.
Items that can not be returned:
- Monogrammed coats
- Garments that have been washed, even if washed without soap and ironed
- Garments that have shrunk from been washed
- Garments that come back with makeup or other stains
Exceptions would be:
- Mistakes that are our fault. (Yes, I know it's hard to believe, but, yes, every so often even the Great, Handsome, Brilliant Scrubman makes a mistake.)
- Garments that were stained or defective from the manufacturer
(FYI: We can tell the difference between a customer caused stain and a factory stain.)
SHIPPING LOSSES NOT DUE TO OUR NEGLIGENCE:
Shipments are considered delivered to you and not eligible for refund when we present you with a confirmed delivery receipt from the shipping firm (FEDEX, UPS, USPS). We can not be held responsible for items stolen from your door step after delivery has been confirmed.
We strive to be respectful and curteous to all customers, and we ask that we get the same in return.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
(FOR MEDLINE SCRUBS ONLY):
We except returns on Medline Scrub products differently, so you must call (866) 267-3079 for return authorization number. RA number and shipping address will be sent within 2 business days. Customer will then ship product to the address provided. We recommend UPS or FedEX with tracking number, or USPS with delivery confirmation. Safe Sizing program also applies to Medline products.
